The Professional Development Service for Teachers (PDST) runs a programme specially designed for middle leaders in both primary and post-primary schools (i.e. Assistant Principal I and Assistant Principal II). The programme takes a blended approach to its delivery, with a combination of face-to-face and online workshops. Details of the locations of the face-to-face sessions are contained in the flyer below.
The programme seeks to develop the leadership knowledge and skills of middle leaders and focuses on areas such as:

- Conflict and Challenging Conversations

- Leading Teaching and Learning
