GAA/PDST Future Leaders Leagan Gaeilge

We are delighted to announce that all Future Leaders modules and resources are available in Irish for schools based in the Gaeltacht, Gaelcholáistí and Irish teachers in any school nationwide.

 

The GAA and the PDST will launch the Future Leaders leagan Gaeilge in association with TG4 and COGG (An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta &
Gaelscolaíochta) in Croke Park on Thursday, January 30th at 10.30 am where our National Director, Ciara O'Donnell, Eamonn Fitzmaurice, former Kerry footballer, manager and principal Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne and Naomi Carroll, Clare Camogie and Irish Hockey player and teacher in Gaelcholáiste Luimnigh will be in attendance and available for interview.

 

The GAA have acknowledged the role that the PDST, TG4 and COGG have played in helping develop these Irish resources. The Irish version of the GAA/PDST Future Leaders Programme will allow teachers to embrace Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) methodologies.

Is úic smhór áthais dúinn a fhógairt go bhfuil gach modúl agus acmhainn de chuid ‘Ceannairí don Todhchaí’ ar fáil trí Ghaeilge do scoileanna lonnaithe sa Ghaeltacht, do Ghaelcholáistí agus do mhúinteoirí Gaeilge i scoileanna nach iad fud fad na tíre.
