World Kindness Day

Join us in celebrating World Kindness Day this week!

Kindness is more than just a nice thing to do. It plays a crucial role in our wellbeing. Research shows that kindness improves our physical and mental health by releasing chemicals such as serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin in our bodies, lifting our mood and reducing blood pressure. Showing kindness to others, receiving kindness, engaging in acts of self-kindness and even just witnessing kindness has been shown to increase happiness and life satisfaction. How wonderful is that?

You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson
